Education: I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Idaho
State University in 1986.
Licensure: I am a Utah State Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
(License # 331360-6004). I have been practicing in Utah since 1988.
Experience: I have served our community for almost three decades. I am
pleased with my past successes, and the positive impact I have made in
people’s lives. Prior to going into private practice in 1999, I worked as a
Psychotherapist for Blomquist Hale Employee Assistance Program. I
gained valuable experience counseling employees and their families in
the EAP for Intermountain Health Care.
I am a member of the National Board for Certified Counselors.
Every client has helped me to learn and continue along my own journey of self discovery and growth. Thank you!
What Can I do for you?
I can help you develop vital tools, resources and inspiration to have more healthful ways of dealing with life and relationships. Each of us brings our own history, pain, fears and opinions into a relationship. Quite often the way we use current methods of communication sabotages our relationships despite our best efforts.
Sometimes the role models parents provide are not suitable for the relationships you desire. Together we can develop more effective methods that result in relationships healthful and rewarding..
Sometimes the way we communicate with others may, in fact, push them away. Let’s work on that.
Working together we can start on your path towards a richer life and more fulfilling relationships.
Please call me if you’re ready to evaluate your relationships and create healthy communication tools that fit your unique needs. I provide a complimentary 30 minute consult to ask questions and determine if we are a good fit.
